COMMISSIONS
-Payment always before the sketch, but if you really want to see the sketch first, I'll send it watermarked-Do not use my art to feed AI stuff or nfts-Ask me about commercial use, we can negociate it-Normally I deliver in the same day or 1-2 days after, if i have any issue I'll tell you asap-I'm always open for changes in the art but it depends, I won't re-do the whole pose for free, if it's to complicated there will be a fee-I'll only refund if i didn't started or if i'm in the sketch stage, in the sketch there will be a 50% refund and you won't have the right to use the art, i'll re-do to a personal art or a ych; Forced chargeback will be blacklisted;-Don't remove my watermark or edit my art, everytime I send a wip I ask if you want any change, so don't do that by yourself
ADOPTS
-Don't use my arts only to overprice your adopts, it's very rude!-Don't resell my adopts for more than you paid except of comissioned arts or personal arts that aren't rough sketchs-If we traded an oc (for art or another oc) they have NO MONEY WORTH, their worth will be $0, don't try to sell or voucher without new arts-DO NOT DELETE A CHARACTER IN TOYHOUSE. If you get them a new owner that doesn't have a account, TELL ME. If you delete them I'll try contact, if you become rude or don't answer in a long time, I gave myself the right to get them back-Don't edit my arts or delete without asking first, simple color changes and etc are okay but anything else please contact me!-Using the characters in comics, animations or pfp doens't count as commercial use, so no need to ask, go wild!! But using them as mascots of commercial profiles or whatever else counts, so don't do that without contacting me, it will be charged-You're free to do whatever you want with my designs, but this does not include: anything-phobic (homophobic, transphobic), nazism, racism, whatever else weirdo thing
